So I’ve just ordered meals for 3 via just eat the food was as always excellent however not for the first time there was an item missing this is so disappointing to receive a incomplete order how do I get reimbursed for this

Celebrated a Lockdown birthday with a Jilabi takeaway and it made the day. The food was delicious from start to finish, the best Indian food we've had. Service was well organised, arrived well packaged, labelled clearly and hot. We will definitely use Jilabi again, really impressed.

Another absolutely delicious meal from Jilabi. I just couldn't face cooking tonight after spending the day teaching a class of kids and another online. My meal was delivered by the kindest, friendliest of gentlemen and the food was piping hot. I am now set for an evening of more work. Thank you so much for making my evening a little bit easier tonight.

We had a takeaway NYE had wrong curry delivered which was too spicy for my kids to eat, couldn't get through on phone my husband left a message and i messaged via facebook. We heard nothing back, we have takeaways every week and this was first time this has happened but my boys were gutted as they love their curry from Jilabi and we payed for the curry.

Very disappointed, we ordered meal for 31.12., for 8pm. Meal didn't come, we tried to call, no respond, went to voicemail everytime we dialed. We didn't know if we should eat, or wait. When I tracked the order, said that's it's been delivered. Driver arrived at 00:15, over 4 hrs late. I was asleep and my husband refused to take it, as he already eaten. We order always jilabi as food is always nice, although this time, our new years eve was ruined, thanks to you
